Print folding/cutting lines

Hello

I'm just creatinng a flyer in publisher which will be the size of a with
compliments slip (3 per A4 page). Once printed I will want to cut them into
equal sizes. I believe I am able to print a small "cut line" so I know
exactly where to cut. Can anyone tell me how this is done?
