Print Footer in Portrait

I have a document where some pages are portrait and others print landscaped. I always want the page number to print at the bottom as if the page were portrait. That way someone can flip through the book and see all the page numbers in the same place; otherwise, they have to turn the book sideways when a landscaped page prints.
