Print Formating Problems

SpaceCamel

I have trouble formating view print-outs in MSP. It seems difficult and
cumbersome and a lot of trial & error to get presentable output.

I need it fit to one page wide with the Gantt chart about a third of the
page. Is there any way to specify the portion of the page to be used by the
Gantt chart? I always seem to get output with the Gantt half the page, and
the table with small text in big rows .

Are there any examples on the Web of excellent schedules output with how
they were made?
Thanks,

Hi SpaceCamel ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

The amount of Gantt Chart showing is goverened by the number of columns in
the table you want to see and their width. Trial and error is the only real
way to continue: see the result in Print Preview. I'm not aware of anr
examples. Incidentally, you might like to see FAQ Item: 44. Printing
