Print missing off end of gantt

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance as I'm sure this is a daft question, but....

Does anyone know how to remove the labels appended to the gantt 'lines' on
the gantt chart?

Basically, I'm trying to print out the project plan (with the gantt chart)
on 1 page. However Project is missing off the end of the diagram on the 1
page (i.e. it's printing a very small amount on the next page). This seems
to be due to one of the labels on the last gantt 'line' which is quite long.
Therefore, even though in print options I have set it to print on 1 page up
to the end date of the project, the gantt label actually goes over this date
on the gantt diagram (even though the project has finished) therefore this
prints on an additional sheet!

Any help gratefully appreciated!

Hello,
I'm not sure what you want to do, but if you want to remove the text which
appears on the right end of the task bars in the Gantt chat, do the
following:
Format / Bar Styles
In the Bar Styles dialog, select a bar symbol (red or blue for critical or
not critical task)
In the middle of the dialog, Click the Text tab
Remove the field which is displayed in the Right section
