Is there a way to change the Print Frames settings in
Outlook 2000? When I click on Print and then get to the
Print Frames box, everything is grayed out and I cannot
change any of the options. What controls that? Is it in
the printer driver or Windows 2000 or Outlook 2000
itself? I am totally unable to print HTML graphics frames
in an email message; they come out as blank outlined boxes
with a small "x" in the corner.
