Print in black and white

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC

I was able to do this when I didn't want to use colour ink with my Office 2004 but it's missing in the choices in Office 2008. How can I print in black and white when I choose to?

Handle it through the Print dialog box: Open the "Copies & Pages" list then
snoop around a little - the wording may vary a little depending on your
printer driver but you should find the setting there.
