Print Labels from address bk

I would like to simplify my mailing list and put it into a sheet of labels.

Go thru the wizard in Word, and once you get the labels with the correct
information, save the file as a .doc. You can then open that file and make
corrections as time goes on.

Oh no! You don't want to do that. Create a database and then use mail merge.
I can't tell you how many people (including myself several years ago) did
what you're asking and regretted it.

OH yes! thats what I do all the time and it works just wonderful. I first
use a data base and mail merge etc and then save the results as a .doc file.
I have not regretted in several years. Very seldom do I have any changes in
my data. If it were in constant flux then I would run the wizard (mail
merge) but it is not. The OP did not give much detail on their
circumstances.
