Print Layout-2 up on 11x17

I need to print a newsletter, two 8 1/2 by 11 pages side by side. My
newsletter has four pages. The page icons are as follows Page Icon #1 (page
1), Page Icon #2 (page4), Page Icon #3 (page 2) and Page icon #4 (Page 3). I
need to have Icons 1&2 print on the same page and icons 3&4 print on the same
page. When it goes to the printer, it prints icon pages 1&2, then 3&4. How
do I get the order I want?

Also, the print size is not filling up the page. It is shrinking the pages
down to 51/2 by 7?? I try to select the 11x17 size in page set-up but it
seems to default back to 81/2 by 11?

I will assume you are using Publisher 2002 or 03. First--- Setup your printer to 11 x
17 landscape, then setup your page to booklet, 8.5 x 11 (It will do this
automatically once you choose booklet if you setup the printer first). Publisher
presents your publication correctly.
