Print layout inaccuracy

My print view is not showing the entire document and I
have page breaks that I cannot delete. Normal view and
web layout contain the whole document but when I switch
back to print layout some of the pages are not visible.
Any ideas?

If tables are involved, make sure they haven't become wrapped (go to the
Table tab of Table Properties and make sure wrapping is set to None). If
you're using text boxes, be aware that they can't exceed one page. Go to
Format | Columns and make sure that the number of columns is set to 1.
