Print Layout problem

[Pebbles]

When I open Word (2003) in print layout view, the cursor
is right at the top of the page (no margin/space is
showing at either top or bottom). If I go to View, Header
and Footer, the page appears like it is supposed to. Can
anyone tell me why this is happening all of the sudden?
It always has opened up like it should before..........
