Print Layout view not accurate

I want to use the Print Layout view for all of my Word documents. It
supposedly is in that mode, but it is not showing the proper margins on the
screen. It looks like there is a 0" margin at the top of the page. When
checking the margins, they are fine, and it prints out fine, but what I see
on the screen is not what is printing.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

From the Tools menu, select Options and then go to the View tab and check
the "White space between pages (Print view only) item under the Print and
Web Layout options. You can also cause it to be displayed by moving the
mouse cursor over the line that delineates the pages until it turns into and
Up and a Down arrow and the words "Show white space" appear and then left
click. You can hide it in a similar fashion - all too easily and that is
probably what happened to you.
