print layout view problem

In my current print layout view, my margins are set for 1 inch all around,
however, when viewing the page the top margin is flush against the top of the
screen (bottom of where my toolbars are) and below. This has never happened
before. Before I was able to see the entire page including the margin space
at the top and bottom of the page. Any help is appreciated.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space between
pages" box | OK.

Go to Tools - Options - View and see if the 'White space between pages' box
is checked. It should be if you want to see the top and bottom margin as
they appear on paper. - Ian
