Print Layout View

I have a document that displays beautifully in Print Layout View, but when I
go to print, I get a little garbage on the first two pages and nothing on the
remaining 23. Any ideas?

My LaserJet 4 used to do that occasionally. Usually some combination of
turning the printer off, waiting a bit, and turning it back on and
restarting Windows would clear its mind and set it back on the right track.
