I want to put a slide on an Avery sticky label that is about 4" by 2"
And i made a template the right size and I set it as handouts. But it
is situated right between the two labels. How do I set it so i can
move it up or down on the page.

See if using File/Send to Word helps. You'll have control over the
formatting of the page in Word.

Atticus,

If you are printing "handout" then you have no control over the size and
position of the printout.

Best bet is to create a blank slide.
Then copy (from the slide sorter) and paste (on slide view) your slide on to
that blank slide.
Then you can position it and size it how you want.
