Print Monthly Calendar

Doug

I've just upgraded to Outlook 2007. When I print the montly calendar the
subject is on one line and the location doesn't show. In my 2003 version the
subject printed on one line and location printed on a second line. Is there
a way to get the subject to 'word wrap' so I can see more than 1 or 2 words,
and can the location print on a separate line?
Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to export the colour categories i have set up in Outlook. I
don't want to have to do it manually each time I export the calendar.

thanks!

No, outlook 2007 doesn't wrap lines in the monthly calendar. You need to use
the calendar printing assistant or another utility. See
http://slipstick.me/calprint for links to the calendar printing assistant
and the other utilities.
