Hi

I have a long work book that goes something like this

January
Date Nr. Balance
01.01.2009 1 100,00
02.01.2009 2 100,00
03.01.2009 3 100,00

February
Date Nr. Balance
01.02.2009 1 200,00
02.02.2009 2 200,00
03.02.2009 3 200,00

etc.

What I like to do is that whenever I print February starts on a new
page. How can I do this?

Hi,

Print a custom view

On the View menu, click Custom Views.
In the Views box, click the name of the view (view: A set of display and
print settings that you can name and apply to a workbook. You can create more
than one view of the same workbook without saving separate copies of the
workbook.) you want to print.

1. On the View menu, click Custom View.
2. In the Custom View dialog box, click the view fromthe view list and then
click Show. The range gets selected.
3. Click Print .
4. In the Print dialog box, select Selection under the Print what section.
5. Click Ok to print the selected section in the Worksheet.

Note:

Microsoft Excel saves previously defined print areas (print area: One or
more ranges of cells that you designate to print when you don't want to print
the entire worksheet. If a worksheet includes a print area, only the print
area is printed.) for each sheet in the workbook with your view. If a sheet
has no defined print areas, Microsoft Excel prints the entire worksheet.
