You will have to copy the values and paste them into another application
(e.g. Excel) to print them.

To be able to copy, you must be in the edit lookup table option (view lookup
table does not allow you to select the values for copy).

Therefore, the steps are:
- Tools | Customize | Fields
- Select the desired outline code
- Select Edit lookup table
- Select the rows to copy
- Cntl-C (or equivalent) to copy
- Change to Excel
- Cntl-V (or equivalent) to past

Note that you will lose the indenting from the lookup table. But you can
paste both the lookup table values and descriptions.

Thanks 10K,
But I wanted to have them with intendation. Some thing, for example an
executive can look at it. I am wondering why project server is not providing
such a simple functionality.
