Print preview causes illegal operation

Whenever print preview is selected this error accures.
This program has caused an illegal operation and will be
shut down.

EXCEL caused an exception IOH in module EXCEL.EXE at
0167:30048bc5.

I have changed printers, print drivers, spool settings,
and cannot solve the issue.

The file is an attachment to an email. I have saved it to
the hd and still get the same error. I emailed to another
user and they can preview without problems.

Anyone have any suggestions?
