print preview excel

problem is i print preview excel on 2 pages-i send the document to my office who are running office-07 when they print my 2 pages they get 3 pages
what is the problem i hope someone an help

Are you printing from Preview or closing the Preview and printing from
Excel?

When I try to print a particular existing excel file, the quick preview/options window shows the document is blank. The printer proceeds to print a blank document. ????
I need to figure out how to make the document to "show it self" to be recognized in order to print. HELP ARRGH !

Do you have a print area defined? Check Insert-names-Define to see what it
refers to. If present, it should refer to the range you want printed. Do you
have a proper printer selected? Is the print driver up to date?
