Print Preview in color

Nursing Editor

How do I view my "print preview" in color? It's only showing up in black and
white and the icon to change it is grayed out.

Pub 2007 by chance? HP printer? I'm having the same problem and have tried
several different things to no avail. If I change my printer tho, it works
fine.

Look at the Commercial Printing settings under tools. Do you have Single color
enabled?

I asked the same question a long time ago,(see 12/9 post) and tried all the
solutions offered and it still is in B/W. The program refuses to show print
preview in color and the color separations box is grayed out, reading
composite.
I have learned to simply print out a page and check it that way since this
is likely a problem with the P 2007 program which MS will eventually patch.
I am using a HP 2710 and have no problem with P 2003.

I posted it as a bug about 2 weeks ago but I haven't heard anything about
it.

I assumed it would print in color. I didn't test it because I have only been
playing with the program and didn't feel like wasting the ink. ;-)
