print preview in Publisher 2003

Hello Print Preview in Publisher 2003 Causes my computer to crash , windows
XP all updates and all office updates. Please help this prob has been getting
worse and now stops the publisher task completly.

Slide down the acceleration on your graphics adapter. Right-click the desktop,
properties, settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab.
If this solves the issue then go to the adapter manufacturer's web site and look
around for an upgraded video driver.
