Print Preview is unavailable when attempting to print a message b.

I need to have attachments show up when printed, it appears to occur when
messages are formatted in HTML. I am unable to find where this is occuring.

I think you will have to open up the message, and then click on the
print preview button.

Print Preview is unvailable, I tried that yesterday before I asked. It says
this option is unavailable with items formatted in html. Got anything else?
