I have 15 reports, all based on different queries, that I need to print (if
they contain specific fields and information), then update(this needs to be
one button to do both). I set the "No Data" action on all of the forms to
cancel action, but when I set up a macro to print them then update them, any
that have no data give me a print error message. I then created a macro to
open them in print preview and then update them, but the print preview only
opens 2 documents max, no matter how many are in the query(it only does this
when I have them set to update afterwards). Is there a way that I can set one
button to somehow open or print all of the records, then update them, without
entering through 14 print errors or loosing documents? Any suggestions would
be welcome. I'm fairly new at using access.
