Print Preview makes add-in disappear on PPT 2007

Hello!
I have a COM Add-in loaded in PowerPoint 2007. When I choose Print Preview
followed by Close Print Preview, my add-in disappear from PPT (I have only
one so the Add-Ins choice disappear from the main toolbar). If I look at the
COM add-ins list my add-in is still there and enabled, but it will not be
visible again until I restart PowerPoint. Any clue?
