Print Preview Table of Contents Shows Incorrect Page Numbers

When I open a particular document and do Print Preview, all the page numbers
in the TOC are the same "1" or "2". If I close the Print Preview and then do
Print Preview again, the numbers appear correctly. The numbers print
correctly if I print the document.

I found this KB article

I was hoping Print Preview was somehow related to Reading Layout. I tried
all three methods suggested with no success.

Is it just something we have to live with?

Hi, Marie
I am having exactly the same problem that you had and have tried everything
suggested in several Word forums.
I would like to know if you finally found a workaround for this
I use Word 2003 SP2
