Hi For some of excel data the grid lines disappear in print preview though
all grid lines get printed when I print. Wondering why that happens?

... also ......
PrintPreview has all sorts of problems, one of which is showing fin
detail - especially if the Zoom is set to anything other than 100%

and you would probably have similar problems if you printed
in Draft mode. Something has to get dropped.

Thanks for all your suggestions. And I don't have color fill, zoom is set to
100 and I didn't select draft quality. And those few grid lines disappear
from any machine. So I'm still curious!

What is your font point size the normal is 10pt.
My screen resolution is 1024 x 768 bits and I can say that I've noticed
missing gridlines. But you might want to try using borders.

A printer is going to show finer detail at 300 dpi than a screen at
72 dpi. The reason I mentioned draft mode is because it is
something that could affect your printer so instead of 300 dpi it
would be 150 dpi horizontally and vertically or 1/4 the amount of dots.

Meant to say that for myself:
My screen resolution is 1024 x 768 bits and I ** can't ** say that I've
noticed missing gridlines. But you might want to try using borders.
