Print Problem

I have Office 2007 running on WXP, printing to an HP Deskjet 932C. I have a
Word document that has a custom page size, 5.5w by 8.5 long. However, when
I print in portrait it actually prints in landscape and visa versa. It
prints fine on normal standard pages, but on the custom it flips portrait
and landscape. What gives with this?

How are you actually putting your 1/2 sheet into the printer? With the
document set the way you say it should be placed in with the 5.5 inch width
going in first, not the 8.5 inch dimension. You then need to set the
dimensions of the paper in the printer driver to the same with the print job
being printed in portrait mode. If you don't set the dimensions in the
printer driver you will get what you are seeing.
