Print problems

I have a problem printing postcards 4 to a sheet using
microsoft word 2003. It will only print 2 per sheet and
cuts the rest off. If I go back to a machine running
Word 2000 it prints fine. What settings do I need to
adjust in Word 2003?

I have not done anything to the document since it was
created and works fine in Word 2000. Shouldn't it be
forward compatible with Word 2003?

The postcards are an existing document? If so, check the header and footer
margins. Set them to 0" if necessary and see if that makes any difference.

Yes, the document is a pre-existing Word 2000 document.
I changed the headers/footers margins to 0 -
unfortunantly this did not fix the problem.

Now why didn't I think of that! LOL Ok, converting
to .pdf (Acrobat) did do the trick. But that is going
around the problem rather than solving it. Most home
users probably don't have the full version of Acrobat -
they probably use Acrobat Reader - as to which this
wouldn't have been possible. This original document was
originally created by another user and emailed to me. It
printed fine on my home printer - the problem was getting
it to print correctly at work. I read your article
Suzanne and I don't think in this instance it is related
to printers or print drivers. Maybe you can delve into
it a little more. I don't think I'll be upgrading to
Office 2003 at home if I will lose all formatting, etc.
on existing documents and have to convert to .pdf to
still be able to use them.

Thanks for all your help!
