Print properties error re excel and word

Hi

Can anyone help with the following problem.

I have gone into word and excel and performed the same task which is go file
then print and then left clicked on the properties button. I get the
following message

"Function address 0xebfdf8f caused a protection fault. Exception code
(0x0000005) some or all property pages(s) may not be displayed"

Does anyone know the cause of this?

I have searched MS web site but nothing appears.

I have found the solution myself. It is due to the users permissions.
