First, I am not certain your question applies to Microsoft Access database
software -- if not, you need to ask in a newsgroup whose subject is the
software you are using. If so, then please clarify.

Highlighted (selected) _where_ and/or under what conditions?

If you are talking about datasheet view, I think not.

Sorry for the brievity. Yes, this is MS Access 2002/03. Ideally I'd like
datasheets. If that is not do-able, what about tabular? In datasheets I might
sellect a small group, go to File, Print..., Print selected records. I do
know how to use checkboxes to select, but I have a few people who are used to
Excel. Now we have migrated away from doing these types of functions in
Excell and now are doing them in Access. Some don't like click a couple dozen
checkboxes to select a contiguous set of records. Any ideas??
Thanks.
