Print Screen pasted on outlook will not print

Hello all,

I have a user that is using Windows XP/ Microsoft Office Pro 2003 with the
latest updates/patches.
I emailed her an email with a print screen picture inside the body of the
email, she tried printing the email and the only thing that printed was the
text it skipped the Print Screen picture that was inside the Outlook mail
that i sent her.

When i tried printing the same email from my outlook it printed everything,
the text and the print screen.

Is there a setting that she could of unchecked ???
