Print screen problem

Hi from a newbie:

I have suddenly encountered a problem wherein I usually take a screen shot
using the ALT+PRT SCR keys then saving to wherever I chose. I can use the
copy and paste method when possible but cannot use it if I want to save a
window not having an Edit drop down file. Tried different keyboards and mice
w/o any success.

There are many different screen capture utilities that are easier to use and
more functional than ALT+PRT SCR. I use SnagIt from TechSmith:

Your question does not appear to be related to using Microsoft Access. This
