Print settings not saving

We use a duplex printer here at our office quite a bit for
management reporting. The problem we are coming across
right now is that when I set the print settings (more
specifically the double sided option on the printer) and
then save the file, other people that open up the file do
not have these setting saved.

For example. I set up a small file with 4 pages and set
the double sided printing by going through FILE->PAGE
SETUP->OPTIONS->FINISHING. Now I save the file and if I
open up the file, the settings are still there. However,
if someone else in my office opens the file, the settings
are gone.

I have also tried saving a custom view for the print
settings that I want but even when the person uses this
custom setting it does not pull up the print settings that
I had saved. It seems to be specific to this one employee
though because I had another person at my office try to
open the file and, using the custom view, they are able to
pull up the print settings.

does anyone know of anywhere there might be a setting that
is keeping this one particular person from being able to
pull up the print settings that I saved.
