Hi Ellen, I hope I can help. This is a long shot, but you
may have accidentally selected a smaller paper size in the
print dialog box. Using the menus, go to File, Print. In
the lower right corner of the Print dialog, you should
see "Scale to Paper Size"...Make sure that it says "No
Scaling". I tested this by printing one of my documents in
the "Executive" size, and it was just about 2/3 smaller,

I had track changes turned on and then turned them off before my final print.
The print preview screen shows the correct size and
its size.
