print size shrinks when replying, why? How do I make it larger?

Whenever I reply to an e-mail the print size is significantly smaller while I
am typing. It shows larger to the recipient, just not while I am replying.
Why? How do I change it? It has just recently started doing this.

Check your Zoom factor. Exactly how depends on the version of Word you're
using.
