Is there error genreated by the sample MDB or when you try to call the
functions from within your own MDB?

Not familiar with this degree of technicality - but any reason why this
wouldn't work with Access 2007, or is there any other option?

It's a security issue within Access 2007. If you are using WIndows Vista
then there are additional security considerations. A GoogleGroups search on
