Print the actual outline view

I cannot figure out how to print the outline view as a normal outline. It just prints like a bulleted list all lined up at the left side. Is there a way to print it out with the indents that word automatically uses?

Format the styles used at the different levels to provide the indent and
outline numbering etc layout you want and print from the Print Layout view.

Make sure the document is displayed in Outline View
(View>Outline) when you print it. At least in Word 2000,
you can print by using either File>Print or the Print
button (on the Standard toolbar). However, if you first
select View>Outline and then File>Print Preview and print
from there, the document will print the way it looks in
Print Layout View.
