Hello,
I am using within Outlook the regular Calendar (Daily Tasks) and nearby a
second Calendar (Year planning). So, I use two folders with Calendar Items in
the samen account. The Year planning is a shared folder.
Because some of my colleagues are interested in my Year Planning but they
are not interested in my Daily Planning.
At the weekly conversation with my colleagues I want to have just one
papersheet with the appointments of (e.g.) two weeks. Important: of the both
Calendars.
I also would be happy if I could create two windows with both one of these
Calendars, so in one view see all the appointments.
How can I realise this feature?
