Well, Sven Rasmussen is a member of the OneNote-Team at MS.
He has fixed the problem by providing a solution:

What more do you want?
No need to write to anyone else!

ON2010 has the 64-bit printer built-in.
Therefore I'd suggest to download the Office 2010 Beta from the
MS-website and install ON2010 (you may leave out the rest).
