Print View and Print for Multiple pages

I cannot see more than page #1 in Print View even when there are subsequent
pages. Also cannot print more than page #1 in print view when there are
multiple pages. I can see all pages in Normal View, Outline View, Reading
View, etc. Word 2003.

That's likely because all the text really is on page 1 (or at least Word
thinks so). Although there are several ways this can happen, the most common
is that Word thinks you're using multiple columns, with the first column set
to the margin width, with the result that the remaining text is squeezed
into an imaginary column with no width. The solution is to go to Format |
Columns and click on the preset picture for One (even if the dialog already
shows 1 column). This checks the "Equal column width" checkbox, which
otherwise is inaccessible. Click OK.

If this solves the problem in a given document and you are having the same
problem with all new documents, you'll need to make the same change in
Normal.dot. For instructions on accessing and editing it, see
