Visio Pro 2003: I have a flowchart that I want to print on A2. The
default settings in page set-up address A3 and smaller but only seem
to offer "D sheet" etc for larger sizes. These appear to be close to
the metric sizes but not exactly the same. I can't just try and print
onto them unfortunately as I have no print facilities here and will
sending the finished file to a remote colleague for printing at a
local print shop.
What does everybody else do when they want to print onto A2 etc?
