printed color is not the same as color on the computer screen

When I print any Office application, the colors never come out the same as
what I am seeing on my computer screen. Is there a way to fix this?

You need to calibrate your monitor. And even then it still may not be exact.
Remember, your screen shows your RGB colors and a print copy is CMYK.
