Printed Header on e-mail

Someone has probably covered this before (can't find the answer), but ... How do I REMOVE the header that prints at the username/account name at the top of the page when printing e-mail from Outlook?

I don't think there's any way to prevent this if you're using the Memo print
style. It's hard coded.
