Printed Watermark In Word 2002-Unable To Select

In Word 2002, under the Format menu in the Background option, the "Printed
Watermark" option is shaded and not selectable; was previously in bold print
and active.

This option is not available in Web Layout view (where you may be if you
started by applying a background).
