Printer Friendly Form

I need to place a printer friendly form on a web page created in FP2002 so that members can print it off, sign it and return it by post. I want the members just to be able to print the form (A4 in size) without having to print all the banner, etc. Anybody know how this can be done?

You will need to create separate "print friendly" page and give them a link
to it.
