My HP LaserJet 3330, a PCL6 printer, is suddenly graying out and therefore
unavailable to Outlook 2000. This was working fine until I disconnected it
for a cleaning. I reattached the USB cable and it works fine from other
Windows programs. I am using Windows 2000.
