Trusty HP LaserJet II P+ frequently drags extra sheet then jams in Win XP.
Driver or Word program problem?

I can't see any way that this could be either a Word or a driver problem;
this is a hardware, not a software, problem. You probably need new print
rollers.

You should be able to get a set of paper pickup rollers for $10 - $15: easy
to fit.
