Printer not responding

I've had to disconnect my printer. When I reconnected it and tried to print
a document I got a message that says: printer head unknown. How do I get
back to printing. Everything looks connected, but I don't understand this
message. Help!

Try:

1) Print a test page; this will test the printer
2) Run the Windows troubleshooter for printing

You may need to reinstall the drivers. Go to the manufacturer site and
follow their instructions. Download the latest print drivers from this site,
too.
