Printer Que Stalled - Unable to print

Although the last itme on the Printer que says that it is
deleting, but it is still there. The direct result being
unable to print anything on this HP Printer from anywhere
on the network. How does one rectify this problem? I
already have shut down both computer/printer and the
server itself.The problem remains and our office is unable
to print on the default printer.

Somehow the printer started printing again...not sure how.
