My Epson R200 has started printing in black and white only, my Epson D88 will
print the same picture in colour. What have I done to cause this?

Empty colour cartridge? In any case this is probably not an Office
question....

Whats this got to do with Office?
Perhaps use the Epsom test print option & see if colour functions
